Pálava is a unique Czech Crosing registered in 1960. Its parents are Gewurtztraminer x Muller Thurgau. Off-dry fruity wine, in the aroma you will find tones of lychee, overripe peaches, tea roses or grapefruit peel. The taste of the wine is full, pleasantly balanced and mineral at the end. Excellent match to spicy dishes, white meat, desserts, and cheese, especially smoke, blue or washed rind varieties. Palava has a gentle smell of the roses blossoms. St Laureant /Svatovavrinecke/ VOC

Wines of Original Certification or WOC (Vína originální certifikace or VOC for short in Czech) are specifically those that have been produced from grapes originating exclusively from vineyards situated in approved areas in given wine region. The winemakers themselves select the specific vineyard sites that are the most suited to the production of VOC wines. The grapes came from a reduced harvest therefore grapes were under strict control from other WOC winemakers. SL aged for 24 months in oak and acacia barrels. Wine is sparkly ruby coloured.
