Pálava is a unique Czech Crosing registered in 1960. Its parents are Gewurtztraminer x Muller Thurgau. Off-dry fruity wine, in the aroma you will find tones of lychee, overripe peaches, tea roses or grapefruit peel. The taste of the wine is full, pleasantly balanced and mineral at the end. Excellent match to spicy dishes, white meat, desserts, and cheese, especially smoke, blue or washed rind varieties. Palava has a gentle smell of the roses blossoms. Delicate taste with the fruity hints, apricots tones and spicy finish. Alcohol 12.3% Residual sugar: 10,9 g/l Acidity: 7,8 g/l
