EXHIBITOR ACCESS AND ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Access to set up your table is from 09:30 in both London and Manchester.
If you arrive before these times, to comply with Health and Safety regulations during setup, we would ask that you please wait until you are advised to enter the exhibitor hall.
TASTING TABLE
We provide the following for your tasting table:
- Trestle table(s)
- Table Cloth (white)
- Glasses (on a separate glass station nearby)
- Spittoon (table top for each table, standalone around the room)
- Ice and bucket (not wine bucket)
- Water
- Water biscuits and side plate
ICE AND ICE BUCKETS
Ice and buckets will be provided for you in the following quantities:
- 4ft or 6ft tables - one bucket with ice
- 10ft or 12ft tables - two buckets with ice
The buckets provided are not for showing wines on your table top. They are functional buckets to be stored underneath your table. Please note: ice buckets need to be kept on the carpet tiles supplied at all times to avoid damage to the floor/carpet in each venue.
If you wish to have display ice buckets on your table, these either need to be provided by your company or hired through Wine Sorted.
Should you need more than the stated ice allowance above, please contact SITT in advance as this will be at additional cost.
CATERING
Please show your exhibitor badge in order to obtain complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day on request from the Visitor Café.
Lunch will be delivered direct to your table between 13:00 and 14:00 in both Manchester and London. Each exhibitor is allocated a set number of lunches depending on table size
- 4ft table - 2 lunches
- 6ft table - 2 lunches
- 10ft table - 3 lunches
- 12ft table - 3 lunches
WINE
We recommend sending your wine using the services of Wine Sorted to ensure your wine is at your table when you arrive on the day. Further information on sending your wine to the event can be found in the delivery of wine section.
We recommend bringing 3 bottles of each wine you are showcasing to each event.
EXHIBITOR BADGES
Register any staff that require exhibitor badges. Exhibitor badges are for all staff members attending the exhibition from your company, you do not need to register as a visitor as well.
Badges will be waiting on your table for you when you arrive and enable staff to obtain free tea and coffee throughout the day.
RECYCLING AND RUBBISH
We will recycle your cardboard and glass bottles. Please put any other rubbish into the black bin bag provided in exhibitor pack and leave under your tasting table at the end of the event.
WI-FI
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at both venues. Details will be provided on the day.
CLOAKROOM
There is a manned cloakroom available at both venues. Cloakrooms are free of charge.
