Wine Sorted are managing logistics and can deliver your wines and POS directly to each venue. You will have a direct contract with Wine Sorted and receive their invoice.

Charges:

• £75 per venue (flat rate) – includes delivery from warehouse to the venue and distribution to tables on setup day.

• £4 per box/POS item with a minimum charge of £24.
• Only covers return to the Wine Sorted warehouse, not to your business.
• Wines available for pickup 5 working days after the event.
• Wine Sorted can discuss onward delivery needs at the event.

Deadline:

Wines and payment form must arrive by Friday 6th February 2026

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery arrives on time.

Action Required:

• Download and complete the payment form.
• Email the payment form to  Wine Sorted and confirm the number of cases and expected delivery date. Please include any shipping reference numbers.
• Clearly label all boxes with SITT London or SITT Manchester. Download Manchester delivery label and London delivery label  and include them on all boxes.
• Wine Sorted receives and stores your goods but won’t open or inspect boxes unless requested when an inspection fee of £25 per exhibitor will be charged.
• If wines are sent from overseas, inform Wine Sorted before delivery.
• Proof of VAT and Duty payment is required and must be provided with the goods or in advance. Wine Sorted cannot accept goods from outside the UK without proof.

What to send:

• 3 bottles of each wine per event (suggested).
• Any POS, display stands or presentation ice buckets to chill wine on your table.

You can bring your own wines and POS materials to the event, but parking at both venues is difficult. We recommend using the Wine Sorted service.

Wines can only be delivered on the event day — venues cannot accept early deliveries or store items. If you bring your own wines, you are fully responsible for handling your deliveries. The SITT/Wine Sorted team and venues will not accept or manage any exhibitor deliveries.

Table setup starts at 09:30 in both London and Manchester. If you arrive earlier, you can unload your items but must wait until you’re allowed to enter the exhibitor hall.
