A white cuvee made from grapes of Sauvignon Blanc (34%), Chardonnay (33%), Pinot Gris (33%). Straw yellow color with citrus flavors wrapped in notes of smoked wood. The wine is well balanced with good taste intensity and a long aftertaste. Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
This exceptional blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon pours out releasing fresh aromas of tropical fruits and summer flowers. The taste delights with the voice of citrus and herbaceous sensations. A fresh, elegant wine that displays a perfect balance between the two varieties from which it was created.
The wine itself is a fantastic value introduction to Amber / Orange Wine, full bodied, with gently intense peach and dried apricot flavours. Exotic and mouthfilling with a dry and gently tannic finish, this can be drunk with a wide range of dishes, including roast chicken and mature cheeses. The distinctive label is a tribute to traditional Georgian folk song.
Rosé de Purcari is a refined spring day in an orchard of apricot blossoms. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Merlot 5% Rară Neagră The pink color is accompanied by a delicate aroma of exotic fruits. Sweet taste with notes of apricot, peach, and blackcurrant, passing slowly in an extended aftertaste with notes of berries. Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced by the traditional method. Mediterranean snacks, flavored cheese and fish dishes. Recommended serving temperature: +10…+12 ℃.
Predominant aromas of rose petals. Savory taste of succulent pear with rose and muscat accents. Elegant finish with basil notes. Best Served Very well chilled (8 ° C) accompanied by music, dancing and many friends.
Ruby in colour with complex aromas of raspberry and cherry, with a hint of spice and black cherry. Medium to light bodied wine with lovely soft tannins, giving this wine it’s lovely long finish.
Aroma: Very distinct variety-specific aromas, bringing together black fruit and berries, vanilla and black pepper notes. Flavor: Ideally balanced strong tannins and high acidity accurately portrays our signature product. We pick the selected grapes at 20-22% of sugariness and 6-8 titratable acidity. After removing the stem and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 23-28°C in stainless steel reservoirs. We add the pure culture yeast. Following the 12-15day maceration, we move the wine into 300 l French oak barrels, for 9-12month ageing. The wine is further aged in stainless steel reservoirs. The subsequent ageing takes place in the bottles.
Vinification This Feteasca Neagra is made from vines which are over 30 years old. The grapes are only picked when they have reached their full maturity.The grapes are fermented for 8 to 12 day at a maximum temperature of 29°C to extract its intense colour. 40% of the wine is placed in oak barrels for up to 6 months after which it is blended. Tasting notes Dark purple in colour with a mixture of spice and black forest fruits. Complex flavours of fruit and spice with soft tannins give this wine its lovely velvety finish.
Freedom Blend is the expression of the free spirit, a courageous blend, full of character, from three indigenous grape varieties. It has the heart of Georgia, the terroir of Moldova, and the free spirit of Ukraine. The intense ruby color and almond accents produce a complex bouquet dominated by cherries, blackberries, and currants, complemented by dried plums, red pepper, and savory notes of moist wood and leather. The full and fruity taste captures the elegance and refinement, and gives a velvet aftertaste.
