This Reserva Chardonnay from Casa Silva really punches above its weight with high quality fruit from the family’s own vineyards, 30% of which spends 3-months in used oak barrels giving weight and mouthfeel. Highly enjoyable with attractive citrussy fruit and floral overtones with a long, limey finish. Great value for such an authentic wine.

50% of this wine is aged in French oak barrels for 7 months to produce a deep ruby colour. On the nose, very expressive, red fruits, blackberry, plum and white pepper, each well integrated with notes of jam and oak toasting derived from the French barrels. On the palate, excellent concentration, intense, rounded and ripe. Well balanced which leaves an agreeable finish thanks to its full tannins. Long finish.

Since its launch, Casa Silva’s Cool Coast has become widely regarded as Chile’s best Sauvignon Blanc. Paradones lies just 6km from the Pacific Ocean on the Colchagua coast , described by Decanter as "a source of terrific whites and reds". The rolling vineyards, planted on mostly granite soils, are well ventilated and cool. A “super-cool Chilean region” (Jancis Robinson MW), the Paredones vines are cooled by the sea breeze, the vineyards produce ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes, here bursting with fresh pineapple and lemon zing. Decanter 96 points.

Cool Coast Pinot Noir is an outstanding example of what Casa Silva can do from their Paradones vineyards: brimming with ripe raspberry, cherry aromas and a hint of spice, there is an elegant freshness to the finish. If this were from New Zealand we'd all be paying twice as much. Perfect on its own or with white meats.

From the Los Lingues Estate, Colchagua Valley, comes this tremendous Carmenere, made from hand picked grapes from sector 7 with its own unique micro terroir, this allows Casa Silva to craft unique, elegant and velvety rich wines. One of the best expressions of Carmenere from Chile.

Situated on the northeast border of the Colchagua Valley, at the feet of the Andes mountain range, Los Lingues has its own micro-climate, transforming it to a small sub-valley. Ruby red in colour with deep violet hues. Aromas of blackberries, ripe black currants, figs, liquorice, cedar, tobacco, black pepper, eucalyptus, bitter chocolate, nutmeg and cardamom. Medium-high acidity on the palate with potent, mature tannins that are well integrated. Mature black fruit, sweet spices and minty taste, with a silky and persistent finish.

Pale yellow color, aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Well balanced with a refreshing crisp acidity. Pairs well with asparagus, salads and seafood.

An elegant Malbec, of outstanding red purple tones. Intense scents and blueberries and dry plums taste, combined with notable vanilla and tobacco notes. Excellent in mouth, reminds us of chocolate combined with a soft smoke that makes it irresistible. Sweet, complex, outstanding exponent of the great Argentinean Malbec.

Cherry and raspberry compote notes are backed by red liquorice undertones and juicy acidity in this medium-bodied red. Floral and mineral on the crisp finish. Pair with soft cheese, Marengo veal, beef stew with sweet potatoes.

A wonderful blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc with NO ADDED SULPHITES. The wine is dark in colour and has a stunningly fruity perfume redolent of cassis and blackberry with a faint floral undertone. It has loads of bright very pure fruit and is rounded and supple with a faint crispness on the finish. This is a beautifully balanced wine with delicious fruit aromas.

Notes of blackcurrant, prune, oak, spices, liquorice on the palate with a lovely complexity and length. Well balanced and really drinkable with fresh acidity and a long, silky finish. Perfectly paired with pasta, tomatoes, cheeses, fragrant herbs, lightly grilled meats.

From the vineyard of La Oliva, with a high content of limestone and located in the highest part of Rueda. Pale yellow with greenish and steely reflections, and aromas of tropical fruit (passion fruit), cut grass, fig leaf, tomato, citrus and minerals. Fresh and well integrated acidity on the palate with tropical aftertaste and mineral notes. Fullness and freshness combined with persistence make for an outstanding Sauvignon.

This 100% Malbec aged 15 months in oak barrels is the emblematic cuvée of Château Vincens. "This rich, wood-aged wine is densely textured and packed with ripe black fruits.
