Winemaking: Limestone & gravel-soil in Tattendorf. Quality orientated low yield, hand-vintage & berry sorting, traditionally vinified in oak barrel for 6-8 months. Tasting Notes: Deep red ruby garnet, velvety & harmonious on the palate; very fruity with fine tannins. Food pairing: A great wine with pasta, pizza or with a light lunch. Alternatively chill it down as a nice alternative to rosé on a warm summer's day.
