The Grand Reserva 100% Touriga Nacional is made with older vines, the youngest being 50 years of age. Vinification and ageing: All our grapes are fully fermented in inox tanks for 7 to 10 days at temperatures ranging from 20° to 25° Celsius. Then, we rack the resulting wines to go through malolactic fermentation. After the second fermentation, 100% of the wine is carefully aged for 15 months in barrels.
