The wine is prepared entirely from grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Fetească Neagrǎ varieties coming from the Dealu Mare wine region, from Romania. Maturation for ten months in barrels of Romanian oak at the second cycle of use and aged in the bottle from 6 to 12 months. TASTING: Ruby red with purple impressions. Aromas of dried fruits with a light touch of oak and coffee hints. A well-balanced and harmoniously structured wine with a persistent finish. Best served at 15-17°C. One may serve it with lamb, red meat, matured cheese, and chocolate dessert.
