The Merlot Senza Solfiti, as the name suggests, has been vinfied and bottled with no added sulphites. Organic vineyard practices, and rigorous winemaking techniques make this possible. Intensely fruity on the nose with red berries and a touch of graphite. Smooth, soft and harmonious on the palate with delicate red berry flavours. An easy drinking wine but with plenty of depth. Ideal with Mediterannean dishes and aged cheeses.
