Tasting Terroir : Discover Centre Loire's unique flavours

The Centre-Loire region is the birthplace of the Sauvignon Blanc where it reveals its most beautiful expressions. Explore the varied terroirs of Centre Loire and taste the difference between the four main types of soil: pure limestone called "Caillottes" or "Griottes, clay-limestone called "Terres Blanches", sands and gravels, and the distinctive flint "silex".

All pre-registration places have now been filled for this masterclass but do try on the day as there are normally drop outs from the pre-registration list.
