The wine is prepared from grapes of Syrah and Pinot Noir varieties coming from the vineyard located in the Dealu Mare region, in Romania, the seventh largest country producer of grapes in the world. Grapes were harvested mid of September. Alcoholic fermentation occurred in stainless steel, followed by a few months of aging on lee. Free-run juice drained directly from the press was used for each variety. TASTING: Pink salmon in color, rich in intense raspberry and strawberry aromas. Full creamy taste, with some spice hints and a long-lasting finish. It is recommended to be served at the temperature of 6-8°C, accompanied by light dishes based on vegetables, barbecues, easy sauces, or spicy food.
