A blend of 3 single plots containing each grape variety Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from Les Ricordaines, Le Mont-en-Peine and La Garenne accordingly. 5 Years on lees gives this cuvee great power and yet with the low dosage it is incredibly balanced. Full of fruit on the front end and finished with great length and citrus notes. A slight oxidative style with the subtle use of Oak.
