Soil: Clay Limestone and Limestone marls. Terroir: Marne Valley. Grape Varieties: 60% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 15% Red Wine Assemblage and Reserve Wines: Selection blended with red wine and up to 30% of reserve wines, depending on the character of each vintage. Ageing: 36 Months on the lees.
