A very special wine indeed. A Loire Malbec ( Cot) produced by FX Barc and aged in both Amphora and old wood. The process allows a potentially unruly, tough, young deep dark Malbec to mellow and mature into a delicious complex Loire red with immense character. It offers layers of dark fruits and spice. An incredibly honest soil driven Malbec which a very rare find in todays often homogenized wine world. Only 2500 bottle produced. Allocations possible.
