For efficient extraction, the must had a classical fermentation-maceration for over 20 days. Then the wines were matured in French and Romanian oak barrels for 9 to 12 months, depending on the evolution of each until the perfect balance between structure and flavors. After this period, only the best barrels were selected to create Noble 5. It took 3 months for making the blend, during which the winemaker searched the harmony of the 5 varieties.
