Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is a much-loved vermouth, consistently voted Top Trending Vermouth and Best Selling Vermouth in the World’s 100 Best Bars. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is produced according to the original recipe of Giulio Cocchi, who founded this respected House in 1891. It has a remarkably complex flavour with the classic bittersweet character of the style, but enhanced by layers of dried fruit and delicate spices. A rich and full-flavoured aperitif, and a cocktail ingredient that makes its presence known.

Cocchi Extra Dry is a classic-style, Italian vermouth from Piedmont. Wine-forward and elegant, it uses a wine base made of quality local Cortese grapes and botanicals such as wormwood, angelica, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel and Piedmontese mint. It shows aromas of fresh apple, melon and white flowers along with herbaceous notes. Cocchi Extra Dry celebrates one of the most important regions of vermouth production in the world and was developed to enrich classic cocktails such as the Martini (a 2:1 gin martini with Boatyard Double Gin and garnished with a mint leaf). It is also equally at home served long with elderflower tonic, soda water or sipped over ice.

Light, sophisticated and brimming with flavour, Cocchi Rosa (16.5% ABV), is leading the way in the new style of Aperitivo drinks. Using Italian red wine as a base and a blend of herbs and botanicals including gentian, dried rose petals, vanilla pods and ginger, Cocchi Rosa is an all-natural aperitif without any colourants or artificial flavourings added. Ideal to be enjoyed as a long drink with tonic or in a classic cocktail, Cocchi Rosa adds bitter, sweet, spicy and fruity notes to your serve and is a must have for a drinks enthusiast.

Nikka Days is an easy-drinking, blended whisky from Japan which doesn’t need to wait for a special occasion to be enjoyed. Its blend includes grain whiskies and also single malts coming from Nikka’s two distilleries: Yoichi and Miyagikyo. It has a rich, creamy texture and a fruity, floral nose with notes of apple, melon, vanilla, spice and citrus all complemented by a delicate smoke. Nikka Days is a great starting point for those new to sipping neat whisky, but it also shines in a variety of mixed drinks such as The Highball or Mizuwari.

Nikka from the Barrel is Nikka’s flagship whisky and the best-selling whisky from Japan in Europe. The blend is made by Nikka’s team of skilled blenders and contains approximately 60% grain whisky and 40% malt whiskies, most of which come from Nikka’s distilleries – Miyagikyo and Yoichi. The whiskies are aged for an average of 10 years, expertly blended, then married for 3-6 months in barrels and bottled straight ‘from the barrel’. It is a deliciously, well-balanced whisky with notes of dried fruit, honey, coconut, winter spices, apple, smoke, and vanilla which is best served neat or over ice to showcase its flavours and richness.

Produced to the same recipe created by Giulio Cocchi in 1891, Cocchi Americano is an aromatised wine blending Moscato base and botanicals such as gentian and wormwood. It has a fruity flavour profile of bitter oranges and elderflower on the nose, followed by tropical notes of mango, pineapple and papaya and is the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. Cocchi Americano is best enjoyed in a Classic Spritz: pour 50ml Cocchi Americano over ice and top with soda, garnish with an orange peel.

Camus Borderies VSOP, is a single-estate Cognac produced exclusively from Camus' own vineyards in the heart of the prestigious Borderies region. The distinctive limestone-clay soils, rich in flint, produce highly aromatic grapes. These give deep floral aromas to the eau-de-vie which is then matured for a minimum of four years in small, lightly toasted barrels. The result is a refined Cognac with notes of vanilla pods, orange zest, floral and soft spices and an elegant structure with a light hint of woodiness on the palate
