Made from the 50 hectares of vines, planted in the 1980s surrounding the family Bodega, the grapes are grown on clay loam soils and taken directly to the winery to ensure the wines freshness and quality. This is a wonderful complex Cava aged for at least 18 months before release. Organically grown the wines comprises of 3 classic Cava grapes as well as 5% of Pinot Noir to add further complexity to the blend. The nose shows brioche and baked apple notes but with white blossom and white stone fruit notes. The generous palate has lovely gentle bubbles and is a truly class sparkling wine option. Try with lobster and rich seafoods as well as creamy chicken dishes.

This Nueburske shows lovely green apple and complex spiced sweet apricot on the nose with layers of stony minerality and crisp white fruits and thyme on the palate. A wine of both power and beauty. The tiny boutique Puna Estate is located at 2600 metres above sea level in the remote region of Cachi, Salta , Argentina.
