Through the Criaderes and Solera systems, a mix of young and mature distillates are blended to deliver this brandy of unmatched quality. A deep amber coloured brandy, with notes of vanilla and cocoa, with a rich and deep character.

Mackmyra Brukswhisky is a much beloved storyteller, that tells the story of Mackmyra and our first distillery, to where we are now. Brukswhisky - Vintage 2008 is the sequel to the award-winning original, a whisky created exclusively from our 2008 distilling year. 13 years of distillation, bottled in 2021. The result of 13 years of maturation is a whisky with blossoming notes of ripe pear and citrus fruits, fragrant vanilla and delicious caramel fudge. Still very easy to like.

Svensk Ek, meaning Swedish Oak, has a spicy character giving notes of sandalwood, dried ginger, black pepper, roasted oak and herbs. The spicy aromas that comes from aging in casks of Swedish oak are complemented by fruity undertones with hints of vanilla, toffee, caramel and honey. 10% of the bottle’s contents is aged in casks of Swedish oak for a minimum of 18 months.

In Sweden, juniper has been used to season our food for generations. Now you can enjoy the timeless flavor of juniper smoked intertwined with that of Swedish peat, both of which are used to dry our floor-malted barely. The aroma is slightly smoky and spicy, with a much smokier flavour and peaty juniper notes. Together, the flavors unites in a quite unique Swedish flavor. Svensk Rök (Swedish Smoke) is the only smoky single-malt whisky made on Swedish ingredients only.

Mackmyra Björksav (birch sap) is a Swedish single malt whisky inspired by the long-awaited return of spring. By including casks that were seasoned with Swedish birch sap wine, we have created a floral whisky with a fresh spiciness and sweet notes of vanilla fudge. Björksav is a collaboration with our friends at Grythyttan wine. • Whisky aged in ex-Bourbon casks makes up about 30% of the total recipe. • Whisky aged in oloroso casks makes up about 24% of the total recipe • Whisky finished in birch sap wine seasoned casks makes up about 20% of the total recipe. • Whisky aged in other types of seasoned casks makes up about 18% of the recipe. • Whisky aged in casks of Swedish oak makes up about 8% of the recipe.

Shanky, horse-racing jockey who was banned so turned to ostrich racing, was always one to buck the trend. He liked the idea of whiskey, but did not like the burn. He liked the taste of cream, but did not like the texture. And he loved stout, which of course is black. So, he had a lightbulb moment and Shanky's Whip was born. Please do not put this in the same camp as other whiskey liqueurs. It isn't Whiskey comes through on the length but the caramel and vanilla flavours come through primarily and the creamy tetxture (even though it is dairy-free). If you love toffee popcorn and whiskey, you'll love this. Shoot it, sip it, mix with Coke, chase with Guinness or make cocktails. Or use with desserts. Absolute winner!

The rum only tells half the story. Burla Negra is the true pirates rum. A selection of premium Caribbean rums is aged for 24 Spring tides (about a year) in Albariño and Sherry casks. At the end of the process, a percentage of seawater is added to round the rum. This way, we achieve our goal: to replicate the authentic rum that pirates used to drink. A salty caramel comes through up front with a nice oak finish on the length.

Nordés is the gin from Galicia, Spain, whose unique taste, fresh and well-balanced, is sure to surprise you. It has an herbal aroma and a subtle flavour with notes of white fruit, making it a gin with a truly unique flavour. Galicia is in the northwestern part of Spain. Nordés is named after the north-easterly wind that heralds the arrival of good weather in Galicia. The base spirit used for Nordés include salcohol obtained from the Albariño grape which gives it a unique aroma and is the reason for its fruity, subtle notes. We macerate each botanical separately before distillation, each requiring a different amountoftime based on the exact aroma desired. Nordés is made with 11 botanicals, 6 of which grow wild in Galicia (bay, sage, samphire, eucalyp- tus, lemon verbena and mint) another 5 from overseas juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and tea). It has an herbal aroma and a flavor which is fresh, subtle and well-balanced, with notes of white of fruit, making it a gin with a truly unique flavour.

We have com- bined natural elderflower infusion with other herbs and spices to make this deliciously refreshing and versatile bianco aperitivo. STARLINO ELDERFLOWER is made with an infusion of elderflower, citrus peel, herbs and spices combined with wine and spirit to make the most refreshing aperitivo. APPEARANCE: Uniquely fresh, fruity, green and slightly floral with subtle pear, lychee and tropical nuances. AROMA: Floral, supple nose with hints of lychee in syrup, a touch of peach nectar and fresh, sweet blossom. OUR ITALIAN VERMOUTH MASTER, Beppe Ronco, was inspired by the glory of this Italian landmark. Our vermouth is made with fine wines, botanicals, herbs and spices and “finished” in bourbon barrels to give a delicious rich flavour. STARLINO ROSSO is aged in BOURBON Barrels – we age a portion of our Vermouth in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels to give a rich spicy flavor. APPEARANCE: Dark reddy brown amber AROMA: Delicate nose with dried fruits – prunes, dates and raisins, candied cherries, vanilla spice and orange zest. TASTE: A sweet, rich vermouth infused with vanilla, this is sumptuously textured and offers enticing notes of raisin, macerated orange, tea, carob and nutmeg. Finishes with balancing bitterness and fennel. Production: A blend of Piedmonte wines –finished in ex-Kentucky Bourbon Barrels.
