Souvignier, Muscaris ABV 11.5% This superbly balanced wine has a fresh, highly expressive nose. Immediately, the clarity of this white captures the senses with its notes of apricot, peach and white flowers. The palate is full-bodied and generous, and the crisp fruit flavours of the nose are a pleasure to taste. Chenin Blanc De-Alcoholised Wine ABV <0.5% Vins Bécat is the story of 6 wine enthusiasts looking for a new de-alcoholised tasting experience. They select wines from local winegrowers and dealcoholise them while maintaining a flavour as close as possible to the original wine. The original aromas are preserved using a vacuum evaporation method.

The Claude Leblanc family works in partnership with numerous winegrowers in Burgundy. The family chooses parcels from beautiful terroirs so that the finesse, elegance and typicity of the wines shine through. Healthy grapes with good maturity are essential. The wine are then matured in oak barrels. The majority of the wines are bottled at the property or at the estate.

Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir, Syrah Located on the southern slopes of the Costières de Nimes area, facing the Camargue & the Mediterranean sea, the property was created by monks in the 12th century. After the French Revolution, the Castillon family bought the estate and still owns the property today. The vineyard is certified Organic and is working towards becoming biodynamic . The vineyard is south facing. During the summer, the sea breeze works its magic on the grapes creating fresh, aromatic wines. 1 star Guide Hachette des vins Organic

Grenache noir, Syrah, Carignan Sustainable viticulture Property of the Girard family for 3 generations, the estate is now run by Paul, also President of the Cave de Rasteau. The parcels selected for this cuvée were planted the year Paul was born. The vines flourish on hills made of blue marl from the Pliocene era. Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault are vinifed separately in concrete vats. Fermentation at controlled temperatures (28-30°C). Maceration lasts around 20 days.
