With clay/limestone soil types, 50+ year old organic vines & concrete tank fermentation, you really are just tasting the land here. La Famille K are also sustainable farming certified, using manual harvest techniques, in the traditional vinification style of Beaujolais. This wine has half-carbonic maceration of 10 days in concrete. La Mére is then aged for 8 to 12 months in the same concrete tank.
