This cherished moment took place during the second week of March, where each grape was tenderly plucked by hand from their vineyards in the eastern expanse of Mendoza. Preserving the purest expression of the grapes, the process began with gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats. Montlaiz' selected organic yeasts, derived from their very own vineyards, orchestrated a careful fermentation between 24º and 26ºC, fostering a total maceration period of 10 days. Guided by the skilled hands of Winemaker Juan Manuel Cabrera, this meticulous journey ensures that their wine resonates with it's innate character.
