Dandelion Criollas red

Embrace the essence of tradition with Montlaiz' 100% Criollas wine. The culmination of their 2023 harvest is a tribute to the exceptional terroir of Junin, Mendoza. This cherished moment took place during the second week of March, where each grape was tenderly plucked by hand from their vineyards in the eastern expanse of Mendoza. Preserving the purest expression of the grapes, the process began with gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats. Montlaiz' selected organic yeasts, derived from their very own vineyards, orchestrated a careful fermentation between 24º and 26ºC, fostering a total maceration period of 10 days. Guided by the skilled hands of Winemaker Juan Manuel Cabrera, this meticulous journey ensures that their wine resonates with it's innate character. Tasting Notes: Gaze upon this wines delicate violet hue, graced by bluish reflections. A testament to its youthfulness, the nose exudes an aura of freshness and fruitiness, unadulterated by oak influence. As it graces your palate, it's soft and rounded tannins dance in harmony, underpinned by a medium body. Indulge in this Criollas wine, a symphony of craftsmanship and terroir that captures the very essence of the Mendoza vineyards. With each sip, immerse yourself in the culmination of dedication, tradition, and nature's artistry.
