Originating from Pinot Noir grapes in Romania's Dealu Mare region, renowned for red wines, this wine is crafted by Aurelia Visinescu, a celebrated winemaker with over two decades of passion and expertise. The compact 14,500-hectare Dealu Mare vineyards experience a temperate continental climate with significant solar radiation and annual temperatures around 10°C. Harvested at full maturity, the grapes undergo meticulous processing, including cold soaking and temperature-controlled fermentation. The result is a bright red wine with intense red berry and dark chocolate notes, boasting a soft, medium-bodied palate featuring tannins and vanilla hints. Best served at 16-18°C, this wine complements dishes like poultry, Bolognese pasta, Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine, as well as Brie or Camembert cheese.
