Contrary to the traditional cava blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo with a touch of Parellada, Joan Miquel has instead put Parellada as the dominant varietal in this cava. (60% Parellada - 25% Macabeo - 15% Xarel·lo). Pale lemon. Uplifting aromas of fresh white flowers, stone and white fruits. Lightly structured yet appealing. This cava is quite unique in its blend, where the dominant variety is Parellada. Parellada lends softness, elegance and freshness to the wine. This style is perfect for aperetifs, light dishes and summer days. The zero dosage highlights the freshness and nuanced aromas.
