This 100% Viura us from a single vineyard called Valderrodrigo with vines over 60 years old. From these vines they hand select only the very best grapes from each vine. It is fermented in French oak barrels which are lightly scorched and aged for a further 6 months in barrel which enables great ageing qualities. Pale yellow in colour, notes of tropical fruits (passion fruit, roasted pineapple) and hints of apricot jam and freshly backed croissants. On the palate it is fleshy with great volume and acidity not to mention a sublime finish.
