Full, rich Sauvignon made to age. Low yields, extended Lies maturation.
Full nose with citrus notes. Full on the palate with the complexity derived from natural yeasts. An old fashioned Sancerre with rare intensity.
Deep yellow in colour, with a very full nose of white flowers and vanilla. On the palate there are hints of citrus, peach, lychee, coconut and almonds, all underpinned by a most delightful freshness which lingers. . Barrel fermented with indigenous yeasts, then matured on the fine lees for 12 months.
Deep, purple colour. Full intense nose with black fruit notes. Fruity on the palate with refined tanins.. Blend of late harvested Cabernet Franc and Cot.
