Vermell is a pink mutation of Xarel-lo that is becoming more and more popular. It is not permitted in the production of Cava, however it can be made under the Corpinnat label. Here, it comes from a single terroir, Mosset, and is aged for 18 months on lees. Very subtle pink colour, obtained through light skin maceration. The nose is slightly herbaceous, with aromas of rocket and rosehip, and a hint of cucumber. Very fresh and scented on the palate, and very creamy. Quite dry and textured, with just a hint of tannin from the skins and a lovely wild strawberry flavour.
The Botijo Blanco is an attractive white Grenache with intense aromatics of white flowers, lime, and grapefruit. Dry, crisp, and light-bodied with intense floral, and grapefruit flavours. Fresh with a long-lasting finish.
Aromatic and balsamic wine, with intense aromas of bay leaf and small wild flowers. With a couple of degrees of temperature appear the memories of stone fruit such as peach. In the mouth it is round and soft, dry and with a pleasant sensation of maturity that surrounds the entire palate. Elegant and crisp with fine texture and a long persistent aftertaste.
Straw yellow with golden glints. A fresh bouquet, resplendent with white fruit, floral notes, aromatic herbs. Profound, deep, crunchy, pleasant acidity, long finish.
Pomelo and grapefruit aromas, superbly crisp. Palate shows impressive suppleness and richness, and is well-tempered by the delicate balance of oak. It is weighty, but in a very good way. Long and elegant finish. Excellent, super-refined and pure.
Made from young Garnatxa Blanca vineyards from the La Serra estate. Intense golden colour with orange reflections. Great aromatic intensity, with hints of green quince and orange peel zest. At the end, notes of fennel and almond wake up. Fresh entrance and enveloping texture. Long aftertaste with a pleasant almond finish.
Can Sumoi La Rosa is a rosé wine made with Sumoll, Parellada and Xarello, from vineyards located at 550 metres of altitude. This wine macerated for 4 hours with the skins, adding concentration in colour and texture. It is strong in Mediterranean character of a pale salmon colour with scents of elegant fresh red fruits and floral notes, good freshness finishing with a pleasantly nutty touch.
Blackish purple colour, aromas of eucalyptus and black fruits prevail. In the mouth, the medium-bodied palate belies the wine’s dark appearance; as fresh flavours of mint, currant and pomegranate highlight the palate. The finish is long and slightly grippy.
A sumptuous, hand crafted Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero DO, the Valdaya shines with aromas of dried fruit and balsamic hints. Flavours of ripe black berries and dark cocoa compliment the silky palate and subtle tannic structure.
This Grenache based Rioja from Rioja Oriental is Juicy and lush, with notes of crunchy summer forest fruits and orange peel that meld with Mediterranean herbal undertones to create a wine that is balanced, bright and lively.
Ruby red colour with a fruity note on the nose of strawberries, ripe currants and blueberries are followed by floral, violets and some spices and light licoricey. Aged in 10 months in French oak, the wine is fresh and aromatic, a great combination of ripeness with cool climate freshness. Everything is fine and in harmony with a silky texture.
Expressive fresh red fruit. Round, juicy, fruit-driven palate. This is almost silky with perfectly wrapped up tannins. No need to wait to fully enjoy it.
60+ year vines planted at 700m altitude. This wine is best described as a ‘Clairette’ style with the blend comprised of 60% white grapes. 100% whole bunch fermented. The nose is reminiscent of Beaujolais, just so fun. Abundant fresh fruit characters, boysenberries and black cherries and macerated plums. Very vinous. On the palate the fruit is explosive, fresh cherries and wild blueberries mingle with wild herbs. The tannins are very supple and fresh. This is an excellent summery red that would benefit from chilling.
Deep ruby in color and bright, with an intense and complex nose filled with delicate aromas of black fruits, balsamic notes and hints of rockrose and scrubland. Well rounded and deep on the palate, accompanied by a freshness, beautifully balanced between spicy notes, cocoa and fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes with manual selection in the vineyard, before whole bunches are aged in French oak. Macerated for 35 days, the malolactic fermentation takes place in oak vats and concrete tanks, where it rests for nine months. Enjoy with rich Mediterranean tomato based dishes, steak, or grilled chicken. 60% Mencía, 30% Prieto Picudo and 10% Alicante Bouschet or Garnacha Tintorera from old vines. Only 1,618 bottles produced.
A blend of Gouveio and Rabigato. Pale yellow with green hues. Delicate crisp aromas of citrus fruits marry together with grapefruit and tropical notes. The palate is bursting with citrus, passion fruit and pineapple flavours with pleasant texture and a lingering saline finish. Enjoy alongside fresh prawns, BBQ sardines, or pan fried chicken breast. Drink now, but will gain further complexity over the next 3 to 5 years.
A cool, flinty, unoaked, northern Italian white made from the local Turbiana grape. This is also know as Trebbiano di Lugana and thought to be genetically linked to Verdicchio which makes some of Italy's finest and longest-lived whites. It’s similar in style to Pinot Blanc, but with a touch more acidity and minerality. An Italian Chablis, dare I say? Enjoy its notes of galia melon, broom and wet stone with freshwater fish, such as trout or perch. 13.5% alc. Drink now-2027.
A beautifully coloured Prosecco Rosé produced from Glera and Raboso, balanced and aromatic. Floral and peach aromas on the nose and subtle red fruits reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries on the palate. There is a lovely bounce to the delicate mousse.

A beautiful, delicate dry white wine with a touch of fizz, displaying notes of fresh green apple and pear flavours on the nose. The palate light bodied with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel, coming together to balance the concentrated fruit flavours to give way to a long, pleasant finish.
The Estate Furmit is a blend of three single vineyards (Bomboly, Kiraly and Betsek). The nose offers a gently floral bouquet alongside smoky, mineral accents and hints of crunchy pear. There is lots of zesty acidity on the palate, and chalky minerality. Hints of lemon zest, grapefruit, apple and pear alongside subtle spice and a honeyed tone.
The Rapsani Old Vines shows a lifted and elegant bouquet of macerated strawberries and hedgerow fruits with undertones of sundried tomato, chestnut, reglisse and just a hint of meatiness. A wonderfully harmonious wine with fully-integrated and very subtle oak, bright acidity and a great structure. There is a savoury core to this wine and firm yet very fine tannins. Long and rewarding. A classic style of Xinomavro-based wine but without the harsh tannic structure of yesteryear. Comparable to a good Barbaresco.
This is a deliciously dry and round Weißburgunder (or Pinot Blanc) with yellow pear and yellow apple on the nose. Those same characteristics continue on the palate, accompanied by blossom. There is a lovely minerality to the finish, full of finesse.
Undoubtedly one of the most respected growers, the Selbach-Oster estate is situated on the River Mosel side near to Bernkastel, Wonderfully fresh and floral Riesling with perfect balance between grapey fruit, with citrus and blossom notes and good long farewell.
Straw gold with fine bubbles in the glass. Complex aromas of yellow stone fruit and citrus, quince, plum and honeyed notes lead onto a fresh, dry, delicate and just thoroughly enjoyable palate.
This outstanding Muscadet is made from the younger vines and is farmed organically, which is no small feat in such a famously wet and windswept region. The wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel tank, preserving its freshness. Displaying classic citrus and marine aromas, zip and a subtle spritz it is ideal with bivalves (mussels, oysters, etc.)
Robe: deep with violet highlights. Nose: complex griotte cherry, violet and licorice. 1st taste refreshing with blackcurrant aromas. Palate: rich and fleshy with velvety tannins, lovely well balanced wine with long ending and moka notes. Ready to taste but can be kept for 5 to 7 years in good conditions.
Château Maison Blanche Les Piliers de Maison Blanche from Montagne-Saint-Emilion is a refined blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot and is shows well just a few years of maturity. Aromas of cassis and dark berry fruits lead to a rounded palate with supple blackberry and plum flavours and a delicate spice note. Always delivers excellent value Bordeaux.
A delicious medium-bodied Malbec from Luján de Cuyo in Mendoza. The vineyards are 30 years old and lie at an altitude of 960 metres. Showing great typicity, expressive red cherry aromas are followed by smooth red and black fruit on the palate with a touch of mellow spice on the finish.
Birichino's Scylla is a brooding garnet in colour. Vibrant, spice-accented red and dark berry aromas on the nose are met by beguiling floral nuances. Fleshy and yet seamless on the palate, the aforementioned fruit builds layers of complexity. With delicate, polished tannins, there is a depth and energy to this wine.
Andrew Will Involuntary Commitment is a medium body wine exhibits a dark garnet colour with a bouquet of dark fruit, herbs, earth and hints of tobacco. On the palate, flavors of cherry, red currants and spices shine through. This wine is fresh, youthful and ready to drink, though will cellar nicely through the next 5 years.
