Deep ruby in color and bright, with an intense and complex nose filled with delicate aromas of black fruits, balsamic notes and hints of rockrose and scrubland. Well rounded and deep on the palate, accompanied by a freshness, beautifully balanced between spicy notes, cocoa and fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes with manual selection in the vineyard, before whole bunches are aged in French oak. Macerated for 35 days, the malolactic fermentation takes place in oak vats and concrete tanks, where it rests for nine months. Enjoy with rich Mediterranean tomato based dishes, steak, or grilled chicken. 60% Mencía, 30% Prieto Picudo and 10% Alicante Bouschet or Garnacha Tintorera from old vines. Only 1,618 bottles produced.
