Bincellar’s “Treasure Trove of a Table” at SITT

Bincellar have promised to present a ‘treasure trove of a table’ at SITT 2012 with the majority of wines being new entrants to the UK.

Bincellar

Wines on show will include;

  • Julicher Estate – New Zealand’s Champion wine producer from Martinborough. An interesting mix behind the award winning wines – a Dutch ex bricklayer and a Finish woman who decided to stay in NZ and make wine.
  • Squawking Magpie – Avant garde label but quite traditional wines and New Zealand’s champion Syrah producer. One of the early founders of the much respected “Gimblett Gravels” – Hawke Bay’s most important terroir.
  • Signorello Cabernet Sauvignon – one of Decanters top 5 Californians from last year… made by 2 French winemakers in Napa.
  • The Loires Emmanuel Delailles – Cheverny Blanc (Sauvignon 90% Chardonnay 10%) – a gem from France. This wine won a  gold medal in France last week and was awarded the prestigious Coup de Coeurs.
  • A new range from a Rivier in South Africa

And in London they will have the man from the wineries with an English name, who lives in Argentina, the US and works also with some Catalunyans!

Keep an eye out for Bincellar on table 23 when you visit SITT this year.
