Seckford Agencies was founded 11 years ago by Pippa Woods. We work with family owned wineries across the New World that are committed to producing real wine. Seckford Agencies supply independent specialists with the eclectic wines that they love to sell. Regular visits to our growers ensure our wines continue to provide the unique style and value that we require.
Our vision is always with the consumer, keeping up with emerging UK wine trends and passing this on to winemakers to ensure we are always providing wines at the cutting edge of the UK wine market. We work with people from Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile and California. NEW for 2010– the Ferngrove wines from Western Australia ; Thandi Fairtrade Wines from South Africa ; The fascinating 3 single vineyard 2008 Pinot Noirs project from Escarpment in Martinborough NZ will be launched here at SITT for the UK Trade.
Larry McKenna, ‘Mr Pinot Noir’ winemaker / proprietor from Escarpment in NZ and Vernon Henn General Manager from Thandi in South Africa will be with us at Manchester and London in 2010.
